Why This Site Exists
Thurston County records do not sit in one database. The Thurston County Auditor records deeds, liens, and marriage documents. The County Clerk is the custodian for Superior Court case files, while the Assessor's A+ Parcel Search links owners and taxpayers to property. The Auditor's Elections Division manages voter records under Washington law. Recent certificates come through Thurston County Public Health and Social Services or the Washington Department of Health, and older sources may be at the State Archives or State Library. We organize those official search routes, office contacts, and access rules in one place.
